Covered products are intended for users aged 17 or older. You must also meet any higher age, authorization, or legal-capacity rule that applies where you live.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use a product on a device you own or control for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Products are licensed, not sold, and all ungranted rights remain reserved.

You decide which images, scans, PDFs, camera captures, documents, or other files to process. You must have the necessary rights and should review the source, result, destination, and backup before confirming an edit, export, conversion, or deletion.

When an operation is local, the content remains on your device. If you deliberately start a feature that clearly requires remote photo or video processing, the uploaded media and generated result are deleted no later than two weeks after the last related processing activity.

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your content. Using a product does not transfer ownership of your source files or output to BEES Nest.

You must not use a product to violate privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, contract, or other rights; process material without required permission; introduce malware; interfere with a device, network, or service; seek unauthorized access; bypass payment or security controls; misrepresent an affiliation; or reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute a product except where law expressly permits.

If a product offers a free trial or auto-renewing subscription, the marketplace screen will show the duration, price, billing period, and included features before purchase. The marketplace processes payment. Manage or cancel through the purchasing marketplace account; deleting the product does not cancel an active subscription.

Certain products may display advertising, while others may not. Products may also use an operating system, app store, file picker, or destination you select. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Any refund request is handled under marketplace rules and mandatory consumer law.

Product software, interfaces, documentation, text, graphics, trademarks, and design are owned by or licensed to BEES Nest Limited and protected by applicable law. Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property.

We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue a feature or product for security, compatibility, legal, marketplace, or operational reasons. Access may be restricted for a material breach or a credible fraud, safety, or technical risk. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be handled as required by law and marketplace rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is" and "as available." Results may be incomplete or inaccurate because of source material, permissions, device limits, compatibility, networks, or third-party services. Review important output and keep suitable backups.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEES Nest and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of files, revenue, profits, opportunity, privacy, or device functionality. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Information handling is explained in our Privacy Policy. Device permissions or consent required by law are requested separately; acceptance of these Terms does not replace them.

A dispute should first be described to the other party in good faith. If unresolved, it may be heard by a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law, without removing mandatory local consumer rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver.

We may update these Terms for product, purchase, security, business, marketplace, or legal changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
