Features may access an image, camera capture, scan, PDF, document, or other file that you deliberately select to remove an object, prepare a scan, create a document, edit content, or save an output. You keep the rights you hold in the source and result.

When the requested operation can be completed on your device, the material remains there. BEES Nest cannot retrieve or erase content that it never receives.

Only when you start a photo or video feature that clearly requires remote processing may the selected media and its generated result be uploaded to perform that request. They are deleted no later than two weeks after the last related processing activity.

The two-week period does not apply to local files, support correspondence, marketplace records, security records, or information controlled independently by another provider.

• Connection data: an IP address may be processed when a product or this website reaches an online service, including for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.
• Location: handled only if a relevant feature needs it and you grant the device permission.
• Support: your email, message, and any attachment or diagnostic detail you choose to send.
• Marketplace status: limited trial, subscription, renewal, or entitlement information where a product offers those options. The marketplace, not BEES Nest, processes complete payment details.

Applicable information is used to perform the selected operation, return an output, maintain reliability and security, answer requests, recognize marketplace entitlements, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect legal rights. Optional permissions can be refused, although the related feature may then be unavailable.

Some products may display advertising. Advertising is not necessarily present in every product, and any provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Limited information may be handled by providers supporting hosting, a user-requested remote operation, security, customer support, advertising where present, or marketplace entitlement validation. We may also disclose information in response to a valid legal request, to address fraud or security, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

Providers may process information outside your country or region. Where required, appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards are used. We do not infer a storage country from the place where BEES Nest is registered.

Local content stays under your device, backup, and deletion controls. Remote media follows the two-week limit above. Support, transaction-status, security, and legal records are retained only for their respective purposes and required periods, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

We use reasonable access, transmission, retention, and organizational safeguards. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so you should protect your device and avoid sending credentials or unnecessary sensitive material to support.

You can limit selected files, revoke camera, photo, file, or location permission, delete local output, stop using a feature, and manage any subscription through the purchasing marketplace account. Uninstalling a product does not cancel an active subscription.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or review of a privacy decision. We may need limited verification. We cannot directly delete information held only on your device or controlled by an app store or another independent provider.

Covered products are intended for users aged 17 or older. A higher age or additional authorization required by local law still applies. We do not knowingly process a child's information without legally valid authorization.

We may update this Policy for changes in products, practices, providers, security, marketplaces, or law. The effective date identifies the current version, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
